How Was Week 1 and Week 2

 Week one I did really well. I only went on social media on Saturday and stayed of it for the rest of the week. I felt a lot clearer in my head and was more present with my family and around my house. I actually found it was a lot more fun to do things around my house like chores etc. and that I got a lot more done. 

The second week did not go as well. When I got back on social media I spent a lot of time there and found it really hard to shake after that. I was on it a lot this second week and kept going back to check it. 

My plan moving forward is to put my phone places where I can not access it easily to see if I can go back to what I was like the first week. If this does not work my next step will be to delete my social media apps. Wish me luck!
